Richard Ratcliffe – Principal Solicitor

Richard is the head of our team and has over 20 years’ experience in private client work. He covers many varied aspects of private client work, specialising  in matrimonial matters, probate, commercial conveyancing. Richard has worked in this area of law since he qualified and has helped thousands of families, individuals and firms.

Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1994.  He had previously been an Army Officer for 7 years after gaining a Law Degree from Cardiff University. When he left the army 1990 he completed the law finals at The University of Law, Moorgate.  Having had a period of working in London after qualifying, in 1999 Richard decided to set up his own firm, Ratcliffes solicitors, back in his home county of Kent.

Richard serves clients throughout Kent, including Sittingbourne, Faversham, Sheerness, Isle of Sheppey, Gillingham & Rainham.
