Legal Ombudsman
If you have any concerns or complaints about our service, including our bill, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to resolve the problem for you. We have a complaints policy which sets out how we aim to deal with complaints and which we will provide upon request once we have been instructed to proceed with your matter. If for any reason we are unable to resolve the problem between this firm and yourself, then the Legal Ombudsman provide complaints and redress mechanisms.
A complaint to the Legal Ombudsman must be made:
- Within six months of receiving our final response to your complaint and
- No more than one year from the date of the act or omission being complained about; or
- No more than one year from the date when you should reasonably have known that there was cause for complaint.
