COVID-19: A personal message to all our clients from Richard Ratcliffe
At this difficult and concerning time, I want to personally reassure everyone that we are continuing to work hard on your behalf to ensure that there is as little disruption as possible to the work that we are doing for you, whilst also ensuring that every step possible is being taken to ensure everyone’s safety. I would also like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for your support, understanding and cooperation in these unusual times.
I am very happy to be able to report that we had excellent systems already in place in case we should have to work from home and we are now doing so.
We are conducting meetings over the telephone and where appropriate arranging for conference calls or video calls.
If it takes a little longer than usual for us to answer the telephone, please bear with us: we have an answerphone and will respond as quickly as we can to your messages. It would be very helpful if you are able to email us where possible.
We are collecting our mail from the office daily but again, where possible, it would be very helpful where possible if email is used rather than the usual mail services.
As we all know, the situation is changing fast. I would like to reassure you that we are here working for you and with you through these unprecedented times and to help with your concerns.
