COVID-19: A personal message to all our clients from Richard Ratcliffe
In these unprecedented times, I want to personally reassure everyone that we are continuing to work hard on your behalf to ensure that there is as little disruption as possible to the work that we are doing for you, whilst also ensuring that every step possible is taken to ensure your safety. I would also like to take this opportunity to personally thank everyone for your continued support, understanding and cooperation.
I am very happy to be able to report that we had excellent systems already in place prior to lockdown in case we should have to work from home for any unforeseen reason and most of us have now been doing so for some months and this has worked well.
Our office is open, but we are, where possible, conducting meetings over the telephone and, where appropriate, arranging for conference calls or video calls. In cases where a face to face meeting is more appropriate, these are being arranged in the office and we have implemented comprehensive measures to ensure everyone’s safety. However, I would ask that, in order to keep everyone as safe as possible, you do not come to the office if you are, or have recently been, feeling ill or experiencing any recognised COVID 19 symptoms, or been in contact with anyone who has. Please also wear a facemask when visiting the office and use the hand sanitisers provided.
If it takes a little longer than usual for us to answer the telephone, please bear with us: we have an answerphone and, if we are unable to answer the phone immediately, please just leave a quick message and we will call you back. It would be very helpful if you are able to email us where possible for straightforward queries.
We are receiving our mail as usual and distributing it to those staff working from home but again, where possible, it would be very helpful if email is used instead.
As we all know, the situation is still changing almost day by day. I would like to reassure you that we are still here working for you and with you through these extraordinary times and to help with your concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any queries or concerns you may have.
Please keep yourselves safe and well. I look forward to hearing from you if you need any help or advice.
With all best wishes,
Richard Ratcliffe
